Complaints

Complaints are received and processed by the Commandant or a Deputy Commandant authorized by himself - at the headquarters of the Municipal Police of Krakow, ul. Dobrego Pasterza 116, every Monday, from 3 till 5 p.m.

 

Complaints are also received by the employees of the Legal and Internal Audit authorized by the Commandant - at the headquarters of the Municipal Police of Krakow, ul. Dobrego Pasterza 116, from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. till 4 p.m.

You may file a complaint:

• in writing – address: Municipal Police of Krakow, ul. Dobrego Pasterza 116, 31-416 Krakow
• via e-mail: smkrak@strazmiejska.krakow.pl
• orally with protocol

The complaint should include:

• name and address of complainant
• description of the event
